You enter the apartment from the porch arriving, in this way, into a living room connected to the kitchen in a large single room separated only by a large brick arch of terracotta. When you cross the threshold of the door, you enter a large room and there are located: a table with chairs, two armchairs, a fireplace, a satelliteTV decoder, dvd, stereo ( hi fi) and a wine cellar stocked with selected wines; when you pass the central arch, you enter the built-in kitchen and a spacious living area equipped with all the accessories for a simple and comfortable living.
You can find there a wood stove with a little oven attached to the stove for the cooler evenings. From the kitchen,through a hallway, you can get to the bathroom where you find a shower with a curtain, and you can get also to another room used as a laundry with a sink and a freezer as well. From the kitchen, you can accesse, through a doorwindow, to a terrace where you can find a gazebo with a conversation table , a wood stove, a barbecue, a sink and a porch swing for absolute relax.
From the living room , using the stairs, you arrive to the first floor where you can find a doublebedroom with access to the outside through a door that leads to a terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub another bedroom and a bedroom with a single large bed and with access to the balcony overlooking the Val di Chiana.
There is a Tv in every Room and also mosquito nets.
