Structure
A warm and welcoming House, decorated in the style of Tuscan tradition, to which you can enter from a refined and elegant cloister; It is located on the verge of a forest and this makes the rooms cool and ventilated.
The house is not born only as a simple holiday place but it was thought from the beginning as a location of family life, comfortable and functional; it’s wide spaces allows a livability which is well suited to the needs of everybody. Two living rooms, tastefully furnished in every detail, allow moments of conviviality and relax also inside of the House, thanks to the space which was thought around the fireplace with couches and armchairs, hi-fi, TV with decoder and dvd player, wi -fi with high-speed ADSL and a wine cellar stocked with fine wines. You have also the possibility to use two kitchen spaces, both masonry and fully equipped, which allow the organization of dinners in a comfortable and functional way. On the ground floor there are also two bathrooms and two laundry rooms.
From the kitchen through a door you can entry a large terrace and there is a gazebo with a table and chairs and there you can find a wood-burning oven, a barbecue, a sink, and rocking chairs for absolute relax.
On the first floor there are six bedrooms and two bathrooms; There is also the possibility of adding 2 beds, for a total of 14 beds.
Two of the bedrooms have a direct entry to the balcony with a overlook of the beautiful Val di Chiana.
External
The cells of the villa Farinaio is situated in a beautiful hilly which overlooks the valley below and it is surrounded by green woods of our own property where you can find numerous hiking trails with different difficulty levels for taking a walk. The villa is completely fenced to provide security to the guests and to their four-legged (pets) friends. You enter the property trough an automatic gate and in the large square you find two covered car parkings. Swimming pool
The use of the pool is exclusive for the apartments and the villa. It is open and running from June to October. It's measure is 9.50 x 4 and it has a constant depth of 1.50 m. The entrance in the pool is facilitated by a roman ladder.
